Community acupuncture is a cash-pay service. Itemized receipts are available at no charge. Insurance superbills are available upon request for a $15 administrative fee per date of service. Please note that most insurance companies do not accept community acupuncture as a covered service, even if you have acupuncture coverage on your plan.
